Mr. Omo Kereselidze - Head of G5 Legal 

Omo Kereselidze is the Head of Administration at G5 Education both in the United Kingdom and Europe. Omo Kereselidze is responsible for providing legal guidance and support throughout the G5 Group organisation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and protecting the G5 Group's interests. He has a JD degree and 10+ years of legal experience, with substantial time spent in legal management roles and his legal practice extends to areas relevant to the business growth and development. Some of his key responsibilities as Head of the G5 legal department includes, providing legal advice and support, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, drafting and reviewing contracts, providing guidance for training and education programme design. Omo provides the G5 Group with leadership in legal services aligned to our business priorities. He is focused on delivering effective and efficient legal counsel to the G5 Group as a whole. On an in-house level he is involved in hiring, strategic planning, programme and training guidance, and he oversees teams and workload management.
